VIA PASTERIA, MILANO

VIA PASTERIA was an incredibly delicious restaurant.

In particular, the seasonal pasta (shown in the fourth photo) was something I had never tasted before in Japan, and it truly impressed me. The flavors were fresh, bold, and perfectly balanced.

Another pleasant surprise was that for just an additional €1, you can enjoy unlimited refills of artisan bread. That small detail made the whole dining experience even more satisfying.
